Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully our Terms and Conditions:

1. Booking Fees are non-refundable!!
2. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment.
3. Refunds are only given if you cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment. You will be refunded the total amount(service price) minus booking fees(2.5%).
4. There is a $30 non refundable charge if no call, no show for your appointment.
5. In case of emergency, we require proof of reason for no show for a full refund of service minus booking fee(2.5%).
