Here at A New Image baby customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We do offer Return and Refund Policies. Our policies is as transparent as possible, but if you have any questions or concerns about the policies below, please feel free to ask us and we will be happy to explain them to you before you pay for your service.

  • Gender Determination: If you are 15 weeks or more and we cannot determine the gender, you can come back for gender check for free.
  • 3D/4D session only: Sometimes babies can be uncooperative. For example (facing backwards, breech or hands/feet covering face). Even though this is not anything we have control of, we offer to have you come back the second time at no charge.
  • Our experienced technicians know how and try to capture the best pictures of your baby. However, since each person’s body is different and each pregnancy is different, sometimes the pictures are not as clear as we want them to be. This unfortunately cannot be fixed and it will still be the same even if you come back. We regret not to be able to offer free come back in this situation.
  • If you are 35 weeks or more, please let our technician know before you pay. We offer to scan you first. If we can get good pictures, you will then pay for the service chosen.
  • NO refund is offered once service is rendered.
  • If your baby is uncooperative and we book your second session and you don’t show up or call to reschedule/cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you forfeit your right for free come back.
  • Customers need to call to schedule free come back. No online booking allowed.
  • If you come for an elective ultrasound (3D/4D ultrasound) and our Board Certified Registered Sonographers see that there is something wrong with your baby, they will immediately take all necessary steps and discuss their findings with in-house Radiologist. The doctor will proceed to contact your doctor as soon as possible. If needed, they will have you go to the hospital immediately. Your 3D/4D Session immediately becomes a medical ultrasound. Therefore, NO REFUNDS is offered once service is rendered. In this case a service has been rendered whether it was a 3D/4D or one that turned out to be a medically necessary one. We apologize before hand that our sonographers are not able to tell you was is wrong with your baby but they will make sure you take the proper steps into immediately seek the help you and your baby needs. That is our PRIORITY!
